Le Petit Meal Plan #12
My speedy recipe collection with a downloadable shopping list to simplify your meal prep.
Quick heads up! This is a long one - your email might clip it. Click 'View in browser' (top right) or open in the Substack app to catch the full story.
As March marches on with its promise of spring just around the corner, these speedy recipes are my absolute lifesavers for brightening up those still-chilly evenings. From a 10-minute dal that warms you right up to a tangy Kraut Madame that gives the French classic a brilliant twist, each dish packs a proper flavour punch without keeping you chained to the hob. Chuck in the one-pan blistered tomato ravioli and those gorgeously umami miso butter noodles, and you've got a collection of kitchen shortcuts that'll have dinner sorted before you've even kicked off your shoes. It's what I call my March Momentum approach - dead simple cooking that delivers maximum taste with minimal faff.
Heads up! I’m braving another live this Tuesday 1st April at Midday GMT/1pm CET. Chocolate delights perfect for Easter that you can whip up in 30 minutes will be on the menu. The live is open to ALL subscribers but paid subscribers will receive the recipes in advance and also be able to watch the replay. Download the app to watch.
