Bonjour! It’s another busy week with various work commitments so I’ll have to keep it short. I’ve just left Paris where I had a glorious weekend (I’ll tell you all about it next month). Hope you’re all well!

You can use any nut butter you have in the cupboard. Crunchy also works although the texture will be less truffle-esque.
If you like things a little less sweet or want more of a grown up edge to this, replace the white chocolate with dark (I actually prefer it with dark chocolate but you know kids/Easter).
